Launch is a worship ministry discipleship program that helps musicians, vocalists, and production teams take next steps in development to serve the local church. Participants receive small group coaching and real-time experience in leading and participating in a modern worship service. Launch is not simply instrument or vocal lessons, but rather a tool for proven musicians to improve at pointing worshippers to Christ through speaking, Scripture, and song. Launch is led and coached by the worship leaders of the Family Church network.
